Thank you for registering as a member of CANVAC. Please note that membership in CANVAC is subject to the following conditions:
- Members must apply in the name of a faculty or school, or be otherwise affiliated with a Canadian Post-Secondary institution and apply in the name of that institution/faculty/school.
- Upon registration, CANVAC will issue an electronic invoice for the $1,500 CAD cost of membership in the name of the registering institution. The membership cost is payable by check, made out to CANVAC, and sent by mail to the address in the contact section.
- Membership is effective from the date on which we receive and process you payment. Unfortunately, because many of the benefits tied to the CANVAC membership are related to accessing the password protected portion of the Website, we cannot provide you with access before then.
- Please fill in the information below and submit it. Also please email us when you have posted the cheque for the membership fees. We will contact you and provide you with your username and password once we have received and processed your payment.
